Managing Director
BEng (Hons) Civil Engineering

Daniel has been in the telecoms industry since achieving a BEng(Hons) in Civil Engineering in 1997. Starting as a Project Engineer and working his way up to Director level within Small Works Contractors. Over his 26 years in the Telecoms Industry, Daniel has worked at a high level across acquisition, planning, design, build and I&C. Daniel’s core values are about honesty and trust and ensuring his clients, staff and suppliers are being looked after with integrity.

Now at the age of 49, Daniel has stepped out of being a PAYE employee to embark on his own journey and ensure that all parties around him are shown respect and integrity. His vision is to build a community of likeminded people who share the same values.

Daniel enjoys spending time with his 4 kids, dogs, and many friends. Daniel has a passion for ultra marathons, having run through the Sahara’s, Marathon Des Sables twice and conquered the Amazon and Kenyan planes.

Jag has extensive experience in design, development, execution and continuous improvement across both the Construction and Telecoms industries. Having completed his BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering one of his first role’s as site engineer on the prestigious Channel Tunnel project provided Jag an insight into the execution of a complex, multi disciplinary project, leading him to seek out roles that would develop his interest in critical thinking and managing risks.

 

Having advanced to Site Manager in the Telecoms and Construction industries, Jag decided to extend his knowledge and
progress his career by undertaking further education to support his move into the Health and Safety field. Jag lead the implementation of health and safety strategies, systems and processes within the Midlands region for a national construction organisation, effectively coaching site teams across multiple projects.

 

From 2012 Jag has successfully ran his own H&S consultancy, working for clients across multiple industries, giving him breadth and depth of experience within his field and he has engaged innovative and strategic ideas to create a forward thinking consultancy. Jag believes that honesty, integrity, inclusivity and commitment are the cornerstone qualities of working with clients, employees and supply chain.

Lead Surveyor


Jack has been in the telecoms industry for 3 years, coming from a technical background. The practical skills he acquired has helped him carry out preventative works and surveys, whilst overcoming various complications across the UK's telecom infrastructure. Jack has gained experience from various projects with our clients from using drones to climbing with a tool kit!

 

In his spare time, Jack enjoys spending time with his family and taking his two daughters on days out.
